Descriptions on the services page are an outline of what we do, not an offer or a fixed quote. Paid work begins only once a written proposal is agreed by both sides.

• PrecedenceThe signed proposal or statement of work governs deliverables, price, schedule and payment terms. Where it conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.
• OwnershipOwnership of custom deliverables transfers to the client on receipt of final payment. Third-party licences, plugins, themes and paid APIs remain under their own terms.
• Client inputsYou confirm you hold the rights to content, brand assets and credentials you supply, and that access you grant us is yours to grant.
• TimelinesSchedules assume timely feedback and access. Delays in either move the dates, and material scope changes are re-quoted before they are built.
