Plain terms, no small print games.
These terms cover using this website and its prompt templates. Paid project work is governed by its own written proposal, which takes precedence where the two differ.
The agreement
By using zmime.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is operated as an independent publication and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any model vendor mentioned on it.
Everything published here is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the official documentation of the tools discussed.
Using the prompts
- PermittedCopy, edit and use the prompt templates for personal, internal and commercial work, including in client deliverables. Attribution is welcome and not required.
- Not permittedRepublishing substantial portions of this site as your own content, or reselling the templates as a competing prompt product or dataset.
- Your outputWhatever you generate using these templates is yours to deal with, subject to the terms of the model vendor you used. We claim no rights over it and accept no responsibility for it.
- Site contentPage copy, structure and design remain the property of zmime.com. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site or its content for anything unlawful, or to produce material that infringes rights, harasses people or deceives them about being AI-generated.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others.
- Do not misrepresent an association with zmime.com, or present its content as vendor-official documentation.
Project and service work
Descriptions on the services page are an outline of what we do, not an offer or a fixed quote. Paid work begins only once a written proposal is agreed by both sides.
- PrecedenceThe signed proposal or statement of work governs deliverables, price, schedule and payment terms. Where it conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.
- OwnershipOwnership of custom deliverables transfers to the client on receipt of final payment. Third-party licences, plugins, themes and paid APIs remain under their own terms.
- Client inputsYou confirm you hold the rights to content, brand assets and credentials you supply, and that access you grant us is yours to grant.
- TimelinesSchedules assume timely feedback and access. Delays in either move the dates, and material scope changes are re-quoted before they are built.
AI-generated output
Prompts on this site are inputs, not guarantees. Model behaviour changes between versions, and output can be inaccurate, biased or unsuitable for your context. Verify facts, check licensing and likeness rights, review code before running it, and disclose synthetic media where your audience would reasonably expect disclosure.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, zmime.com is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from use of the site or its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
