As a client, you agree to:

• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom deliverables as specified in the service agreement. zmime.com retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies used in the delivery of services. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zmime.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, revenue increases, or conversion rates. We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Completed deliverables will be transferred to the client upon receipt of final payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
