Important: No Refund Policy

All digital services provided by zmime.com are non-refundable. Once a project has been initiated and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please review our complete refund policy below before making a purchase.

1. No Refund for Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to zmime.com are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all services we offer, including but not limited to:

  • Website Development
  • AI Chatbot & Bot Development
  • Shopify Store Setup & Customization
  • Online Store / E-commerce Development
  • Business Listing & Local SEO
  • AI Model Training & Development
  • Any custom digital service or consultation

Once work has commenced on your project, the time, resources, and expertise invested cannot be recovered. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds for any completed or in-progress work.

2. Advance Payment Terms

100%

Projects Up To $1,000

For all projects with a total cost of $1,000 or less, 100% payment is required in advance before any work begins. No work will be initiated until full payment has been received and confirmed.

50%

Projects Over $1,000

For projects with a total cost exceeding $1,000, a 50% advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final deliverables are handed over to the client.

4. Why No Refunds?

Digital services involve significant investment of time, expertise, and resources from the moment work begins. Unlike physical products, digital deliverables cannot be "returned." Specifically:

  • Custom Work: All our services are tailored to each client's specific requirements and cannot be resold or reused.
  • Resource Allocation: Once a project is initiated, team members, tools, and infrastructure are dedicated to your project.
  • Intellectual Effort: Research, planning, design, and development work begins immediately upon project kickoff.
  • Opportunity Cost: Accepting your project means we may have declined other clients for the same time period.

5. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project after payment has been made:

  • No refund will be issued for any payments already made
  • Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be delivered to you
  • For projects over $1,000: if cancellation occurs before the remaining 50% is due, no additional payment will be required, but the advance payment is non-refundable
  • Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email to [email protected]

6. Disputes & Revisions

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions as outlined in your service agreement. The number of revision rounds included in your project will be specified in the project proposal.

7. Exceptions

In extremely rare circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the sole discretion of zmime.com management. Such exceptions, if granted, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not set a precedent for future transactions.

8. Agreement

By engaging our services and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. This policy forms a part of our overall Terms of Service.
